What we collect
What you fill in on the booking form: your name, contact details and address, details of your vehicle, the service you need and your notes. We also keep the history of your booking (dates asked for, agreed, moved or cancelled) and which messages we sent you.
Why
Only to handle your booking: to agree a date, confirm it, remind you the day before, arrange your lift home, and contact you about the work. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who else sees them
Our staff. Our booking system is run for us by a service provider in South Africa who may only use your details for us. Messages go through WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider (Resend); both handle them outside South Africa under their own data protection rules.
How long we keep them
As long as we need them for your bookings and our service records. Ask us and we will delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Contact us on 071 441 3461. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za.
